EMP Welcomes NUS Executive MBA Participants for Knowledge and Industry Exchange
Jakarta, 19 August 2026 – PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (“EMP”) welcomed participants of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Executive MBA Programme for a company visit to EMP’s Head Office at Bakrie Tower, Jakarta.
The visit provided an opportunity for participants to gain a closer understanding of EMP’s business and the dynamics of Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas industry, while encouraging an exchange of perspectives between industry practitioners and experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds.
During the session, EMP shared an overview of the Company’s business and operations, followed by an interactive discussion on strategic decision-making in the energy sector. The discussion touched on the challenges of operating in a dynamic business environment, including market uncertainty, energy pricing, operational considerations, and the importance of balancing short-term decisions with long-term business objectives.
The programme was attended by members of EMP’s management, including Edoardus Ardianto Windoe, Vice President Director & CFO; Adinda Bakrie, Director & Chief Business Development and Achmad Badrun, VP Investor Relations & Deputy CFO. Joining from NUS were Professor Emir Hrnjic, Academic Director of the UCLA-NUS Executive MBA Programme, members of the NUS Executive MBA programme team, and the Executive MBA participants.
The interactive discussion allowed participants to exchange views and experiences, bringing together perspectives from the energy industry and professionals representing different sectors and markets. For EMP, such engagement provides an opportunity not only to share its experience, but also to gain broader perspectives on leadership, business strategy, and developments across industries.
As part of the visit, participants were also invited to EMP’s Integrated Operation Center (IOC), where they learned how the Company uses technology, data, and integrated monitoring to support its operations and decision-making processes.
EMP views engagement with academic institutions and professional learning programmes as an important platform for knowledge exchange and continuous learning. These interactions help strengthen connections between industry and academia while exposing EMP’s people to diverse perspectives and experiences beyond the energy sector.
