EMP Goes to Campus – Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University
EMP Goes to Campus is a company initiative aimed at contributing to the academic sector. On February 13, 2025, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta) held a seminar titled “Job Hunting Strategy for the Better Future” with EMP participating in the event as part of its commitment to supporting education and career preparation for students.
The seminar aimed to equip graduates and soon-to-be graduates with effective strategies for job hunting and navigating an increasingly competitive job market. The event featured Mr. Amru Mahali, a CSR Advisor at EMP, as the keynote speaker. He shared valuable insights on how to create an attractive CV, confidently face job interviews, and understand industry dynamics.
During this session, Mr. Amru also emphasized that EMP provides job opportunities for all candidates, including minority groups such as female workers and individuals with disabilities. This reflects EMP’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Through this seminar, it is hoped that graduates will be better prepared to compete in the job market and build a successful career in the future.
