EMP Goes to Campus – Universitas Bakrie
EMP Goes to Campus is a company initiative aimed at contributing to the academic sector. In partnership with Universitas Bakrie (UB), EMP took part in the university’s job fair on November 26, 2024.
Carrying the theme Women in EMP, Mrs. Narumalia Ulfa, Vice President of Business Development at EMP Tbk, represented the company as a speaker in a sharing session. In front of approximately 40 active students and fresh graduates, Mrs. Narumalia shared her experiences as a woman in the oil and gas industry, from starting her career at the staff level to now holding a leadership position within EMP’s organization. She also highlighted the keys to success based on her nearly 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
In addition to Mrs. Narumalia, Mr. Amru Mahalli, an advisor in the CSR field, delivered a session on the importance of soft skills in the workplace. He emphasized that, in addition to technical skills, soft skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork are essential factors in building a successful career.
The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session, followed by an announcement inviting active students to submit internship proposals for various roles available at EMP. Additionally, UB graduates were encouraged to send their CVs to the company’s designated email address.
